Prince Harry buys 1926 first edition of Winnie-the-Pooh for Louis

His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge is fifth in line to the throne, and the sixth great-grandchild of Queen Elizabeth. While the adults were dressing to impress and minding their manners during the Tuesday, July 10 event, the little royals were goofing off behind the window of Buckingham Palace.

Other guests who attended the christening included new aunt, Meghan Markle, and her husband of two months, Prince Harry.

For both Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte's christenings, Kate opted to accompany the look with a low bun, however for Prince George's she wore her hair loose.

Prince Harry bought a very special (and expensive) christening gift for Prince Louis, who is due to be christened today. Kate looked happy and at ease during one of her rare official appearances since the birth of Prince Louis.

The cute moment has gone down a storm with royal fans, many of whom took to social media to lavish praise on Charlotte.

The young prince, watched on by his older brother George, four, and sister Charlotte, three, was baptised using water from the River Jordan.

"A "feu de joie" (ceremonial gunfire) and a spectacular fly-past of RAF aircraft past and present illustrated the history and might of the Royal Air Force and showed just how far its aircraft have evolved in the past century", the royal family's website states.

Meanwhile Kate's cousin Lucy Middleton, school friend Hannah Carter and William's pal Lady Laura Meade are Louis' godmothers.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh were unable to attend the family ceremony. The monarch, 92, is having a busy week and will be returning from a weekend away at Norfolk.

From pictures of Prince Louis being held carefully by his big sister, to Princess Charlotte's first day of school in January, and Prince George's first day of pre-school back in 2016.

"You know, if you're at the wedding don't drop the rings and if you're at the baptism don't drop the baby", he laughed in a BBC interview.

In June, the family of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were seen together at Prince William's polo match.
