Gal Gadot Dressed as Wonder Woman Surprises Patients at Children's Hospital

Gal Gadot, dressed as her beloved alter ego Wonder Woman, paid a surprise visit to Inova Children's Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia, on Friday where she cheered up young patients and met the facility's staff.

Pediatric nephrologist Patty Seo-Mayer tweeted, "Dear Gal Gadot, thank you so much for visiting my patients and colleagues at #InovaChildrensHospital".

"Thank you @GalGadot for visiting us @InovaHealth Children's Hospital". "Next time, can you align your visit with my call schedule?"

Celebrities dropping in on sick children has made for a few viral moments over the past years, including in 2015 when "Captain America" actor Chris Evans and "Guardians of the Galaxy" star Chris Pratt joined forces for a visit to Seattle Children's Hospital.

The heart-warming day trip came while Gal was busy filming the Wonder Woman 1984, which is due for release in November next year.

"You are a true Wonder Woman", Dr. Lucas Collazo wrote on Twitter.

Gadot and Jenkins are also producing the upcoming sequel alongside Charles Roven, Deborah Snyder, Zack Snyder, and Stephen Jones.

That's no ordinary cosplayer: That's Wonder Woman herself.

The comedian and talented actress is set to get out of her comfort zone by playing the villain named Cheetah but also her secret identity - Barbara Minerva.
