Adam "Pacman" Jones Attacked By Employee At Airport, Suspect Arrested


TMZ says the employee, Frank Ragin, made a gesture toward the former Bengal as he was walking through the airport. Jones, no stranger to off-field trouble, was reportedly attacked after confronting an employee over a "gesture". Ragin the fell to the ground when Jones started to defend himself.

Words were exchanged before punches were thrown.

Ragin also hit the woman Jones was traveling with and injured her hand.

"Mr. Ragin was determined to be the primary aggressor and was taken into custody", the Atlanta police said in the incident summary obtained by USA Today. He was charged him with two counts of battery and transported to Grady Memorial Hospital to be treated for his injuries, the newspaper reported. In February 2006, Jones was arrested in Fayetteville, Georgia after an incident outside a home. A skirmish broke out when a security guard intervened. Jones and his friend declined medical treatment. Jones was suspended for the entire 2007 National Football League season and a portion of the 2008 season. In January of 2017, Jones was arrested after Cincinnati police say he assaulted a security guard in front of the Millennium Hotel. The NFL suspended Jones for one game for a violation of its personal conduct policy. Most recently, he played for the Cincinnati Bengals.

When he was drafted into NFL, Jones was on probation for a fight in West Virginia.
