Monster Hunter World Adding Mega Man Palico Gear April 13

Monster Hunter World Adding Mega Man Palico Gear April 13

Just a few days ago Capcom announced details about an upcoming crossover DLC with Devil May Cry and now the Monster Hunter World fans are learning that some Mega Man crossover action will begin in mid-April.

In addition to the game's first big update next week, which adds the returning monster Deviljho and makes an assortment of balance changes to nearly every weapon type, players have a few new events to look forward to in the near future.

Changes are incoming for nearly every weapon type in Monster Hunter World - so how does your weapon of choice fare? Come celebrate with us and participate in daily fun activities, which will, of course, involve a lot of monster hunting.

And the other, available at the start of the Spring Blossom Fest on April 6, will unlock materials to craft the Wyvern Ignition Great Sword, the victor of our community Weapon Design Contest. There'll even be a special new platter to chow down on too. You'll have until the end of Spring Blossom Fest on 18th April at 5pm PT (20th April, 12am GMT) to unlock the weapon.

Update: Capcom has gone over all the new updates in a blog post.

Added "Return to Gathering Hub" (single player) and "Disband & Return to Gathering Hub" (multiplayer) to the options for "Select Return Destination" after a quest has been completed. You can also now no longer be hit by fellow players' attacks while carving.

Other changes being introduced are the ability to edit your character's look - it seems as though you will only be able to do this once, however, with additional changes available by purchasing tickets.
