Look, Capcom Knows You Really Want Monster Hunter World On Switch

Capcom has been getting hit nonstop with port requests for Monster Hunter: World.

They released Monster Hunter XX for the Switch and it was a better fit for the console. He said that they were not going to bring the game to Nintendo Switch yet but he did not rule out the possibility entirely. Almost every quality of life improvement works out in World's favor and makes the experience more immersive and accessible, rather than trying to dumb it down for a newer audience (I certainly won't miss trying to knock out a Fatalis with an orange sharpness hammer just because I was an idiot that didn't bring enough Whetstones).

Prospects of a Monster Hunter: World port for the Nintendo Switch continues to look bleak. One of the other reasons is that Nintendo Switch is available in portable version which has encouraged a lot of companies to bring their games on the console. The characteristics of each platform and the possible adaptation of the Capcom games to the Nintendo console is a topic that will be studied in the future.

In a recent interview, the Capcom boss explained that Monster Hunter: World was developed with PC and consoles in mind as there are limits to what handheld consoles can display, and apparently, the Switch is a handheld. This doesn't mean it'll never appear on the Switch, but the words released so far aren't exactly the beacon of hope Switch owners are looking for.

Although the response of Tsujimoto represents bad news for Switch users waiting for Monster Hunter World, the manager hinted that there would be a small chance that this would happen, saying that the development team responsible for the series seeks to adapt the software.
