WWE Clash of Champions lineup: Five matches added, new stipulations

Randy Orton and Shinsuke Nakamura with Shane McMahon as special referee (Owens and Zayn will be fired if they lose).

Sami and Kevin started tonight's episode of Smackdown bragging about being smarter than everyone, with Sami explaining the loophole that allowed him to attack Randy Orton last week.

The following matches are advertised for the WWE Clash of Champions pay-per-view, which will be held on December 17 in Boston, Massachusetts at TD Garden.

To make matters worse, Shane also announced tonight's show would feature Sami facing Orton in singles action, and Owens would be handcuffed to the ring.

Despite the low viewership, the show progressed the storylines for Clash of Champions and announced two matches for the Clash of Champions pay-per-view.

Owens and Zayn have been at odds with the authority figures on the show, and the authority figures are showing that they will not be pushed around. However, Aiden English and Rusev were added to the match after defeating New Day Tuesday night.

The ongoing Zayn and Owens vs. the world storyline dominated proceedings once more, and there were further developments in the Daniel Bryan/Shane McMahon saga, but WWE's delivery was remarkably inconsistent.
