Middle-Earth Shadow of War Has A Slew of Free DLC Incoming

The new free features and content coming to Middle-earth: Shadow of War will provide players with more challenges, intense battles and the ability to capture those flawless moments.

Shadow of War is in for some free content updates over the next month, publisher Warner Bros. For instance, there's an Endless Siege mode, where players will be able to run through the Shadow Wars section of the game for as long as they want, defending their fortresses against besieging armies of orcs and warchiefs.

Rebellion - Rebel Ologs and Uruks lurk in your forces and seek to undermine the Bright Lord.

Next week's DLC inventory will include 3 Free DLCs that feature new content and an updated Photo Mode. "Capture every battle and siege and apply new filters, frames and textures with Enhanced Photo Mode update". Online Fight Pits will arrive on December 5th that allow players to challenge another player's Orc follower, in Overlord vs. Overlord battles.


On November 21st, Warner will also release Endless Siege and Rebellion.

WB also hinted that more free content would be on the way next year. This premium content adds a new tribe to the game, fortresses to conquer, new missions, a legendary gear set, and new upgrade challenges and conquest activities.

Additionally, release dates have now been announced for the Slaughter Tribe Nemesis Expansion (Available Nov. 21) and the Outlaw Tribe Nemesis Expansion (Available Dec. 12), both of which are part of the Middle-earth: Shadow of War Expansion Pass. These are all in addition to the four Shadow of War DLC expansions four expansions that have already been announced for this year and the next. "Blade of Galadriel" launches in February, while "Desolation of Mordor" rounds out the season pass in May. The Expansion Pass is now available for $39.99 alone and is also included in the game's Gold Edition.
