Tagbo's Death: Why We Re-Invited Davido - Police Commissioner

Earlier, the Police said an autopsy was done and it was found out that Tagbo was suffocated; meaning he did not die of intoxication, as earlier believed.

Mr Tagbo, a friend of Davido, died on 3 October and his body was reportedly abandoned in front of a hospital in Lagos. Two other associates of the singer, DJ Olu, 25, and Chime Amaechi, were found lifeless in the former's BMW vehicle parked in the underground garage of Block B, Banana Island, Lagos on Saturday, three days after Tagbo's death. The DPO Lion Building who raced to the scene was able to identify the victim as one Tagbo Umeike from the worldwide passport found in the victim's vehicle.

This is after actress Caroline Danjuma revealed that Davido knew about Tagbo's death hours before others knew and did nothing about it.

"To be objective and verify facts, I called for a pre-investigation meeting in my conference room". The statement also says the Police Commissioner's quote that Davido has a case to answer in the matter has caused him a lot of embarrassment.

Davido is very upset with the turn the investigation of Tagbo's death is taking.

"The CCTV footage at the hospital picked the escort vehicle abs the entire activity".
