Does Wilshere need to leave to make the World Cup?

Limited to a substitute's role in the Europa League against Cologne and two starts against Doncaster and Bate Borisov in the cups, Wenger seems reluctant to trust Wilshere.

The 25-year-old is yet to feature for Arsenal in the Premier League this season but boss Arsene Wenger has intimated he will play his part and he retains faith in the England global despite his well-documented injury history.

With Arsenal reportedly not wanting to send him out on loan so close to his contract ending, a permanent deal is the only way Wilshere can get his playing time, with West Ham United and Crystal Palace said to be the most likely destinations.

As stated by parts of the British press, Wilshere is in Gareth Southgate's plans to go to the World Cup 2018 in Russian Federation.

Wilshere, whose deal expires in the summer of 2018, has been set a December deadline to convince Arsenal he is worthy of a new deal, which he can only justify with regular appearances and an injury-free spell in the team.

The England worldwide has said that the 3-4-3 formation allows the ball to be played further up the pitch, much like the side that went the entire league season without defeat. It's nearly like a No 10 position if you like.

"You can come into that position, and me and Theo were switching in the game".

"Don't get me wrong, I don't run the most, but my numbers are good so I'm happy". "The boss made a decision to change the shape a year ago, it worked well and he's stuck with it", he added.

"The Invincibles were great at it because they'd lose the ball but then win it higher up and we'd be in a risky position".
