Jerry Sandusky's Son Pleads Guilty to Child Sexual Abuse

Pennsylvania State Police began investigating the case after the younger sister reported the conduct to her parents and her father discovered text exchanges from Sandusky asking for nude photos.

Centre County District Attorney Stacy Parks Miller announced Friday night that Sandusky, 41, of State College, had pleaded guilty to "all charges", which includes 12 felonies.

According to the district attorney's office, the terms of Sandusky's plea guarantee that he will serve 3 to 6 years in state incarceration "but allows the judge to impose as much as 4 to 8 years of state prison in her discretion at the time of sentencing". "This outcome also ensures the victims need not suffer the trauma and re-victimization of testifying at trial and importantly, the defendant will have to comply with strict sex offender registration requirements for the remainder of his life".

Jeffrey's dad, Jerry, is still in prison doing a 30-to-60-year stretch after being convicted of 45 counts of child sex abuse back in 2012.

Jeffrey Sandusky, a state prison guard, knew the girls through their mother, authorities said.

He regularly attended his father's court proceedings alongside his mother, Dottie Sandusky, who also has consistently supported her husband and fought to clear his name.

In 2016, he asked one girl to send him explicit photos of herself.

The girl told the police that the texts made her uncomfortable and that "he kept pressuring me and asked me multiple times not to show the texts to anyone", the police said. He admitted he didn't do enough to stop former football team defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky from sexually abusing boys.

That teen told investigators that Jeffrey Sandusky told her later: "I can't even say anything except I'm sorry".
