Bethesda Announces The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Special Edition Free Weekend

Bethesda just announced that The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition is getting a free weekend on Xbox One.

The Special Edition offers many texture improvements and it includes all the DLCs along with many new content like new quests, characters etc. You better start downloading it now if you have awful internet speeds, like yours truly, or you'll miss out.

Skyrim Special Edition also brings the full power of PC mods to consoles.

The fifth Elder Scrolls game takes players to the cold and tundra-filled country of Skyrim, a land that's wracked by civil war and troubles with a sudden invasion of dragons.

If you fit into this incredibly small group of people I have good news, you can play Skyrim for free on Xbox One this weekend. It will be on sale in the Xbox Store as well, although the price will be $30 instead of the normal $59.99.
